His (loudly touted) views on climate change are all of a piece with the rest of his attitudes.<br /><br />Given his antipathy to virtually any subsidized social program, it's hardly surprising he's bashing the <a href="http://www.tfl.gov.uk/roadusers/cycling/14808.aspx" rel="nofollow">Boris’ Bikes</a> scheme in London - although I have not been able substantiate his claim of '<i>£16,400 per bike</i>' set-up costs for this kind of scheme are expensive, but the benefits are also there, as proven by the <a href="http://montreal.bixi.com/rolling-with-bixi/how-it-works" rel="nofollow">BIXI</a> in Montreal.<br /><br />His 'If there's global <i>warming</i>, how come it's so freaking cold?' can, of course, be dismissed for the ludicrous silliness it is.Madeyehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02593933575568389288noreply@blogger.com
