Although we ...Thanks for this informative posting.<br /><br />Although we generally attempt to schedule our trips to Toronto for the weekend (when the traffic is merely terrible, as opposed to crazy-making!) some trips do have to be made to someone else's schedule.<br /><br />The difficulties are compounded when the destination is right downtown (as in the 'entertainment district') - where parking becomes a serious (and costly) issue.<br /><br />It is disappointing that the GO runs are so limited. The Via runs are not much better, especially after the cuts last year. Greyhound is an option, but can be singularly unpleasant.<br /><br />Southern Ontario faces serious traffic congestion problems; the 401 is increasingly a nightmare; but the political will is missing to do something meaningful about these transportation issues (aside from attempting to 'solve' the problem by widening roads - a solution that is inherently flawed).Madeyehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02593933575568389288noreply@blogger.com
